Cambridge Therapeutics facial treatments! - Sponsored advertorial

Hi everyone! Today i wanted to share about my experience at Cambridge therapeutics. I tried out 2 facial treatments, ‘Jet Pulse Plus’ and ‘Oxyreplenish therapy’. Both of these treatments meet my needs for my skin problems, mainly being blackheads and dry spots. I guess my skin is combination with dry patches, and can feel quite dehydrated and dull sometimes. I also get the occasional breakouts and blackheads, leading to scarring and pigmentation. ):

After a few minutes, my therapist led me into the treatment room

Firstly, we started with the Jet Pulse Plus treatment, which targets pores, pigmentation and pimples! It uses Pore Refining Technology and XF Pulse Light System form Japan to reduce enlarged pores, lighten pigmentation and get rid of spots. Sounds like a dream! From this treatment, you can achieve brighter, more radiant skin using only the latest medical technology. Exclusively formulated for Cambridge, it focuses on Asian skin. Perfect for me! (:

During the treatment, my therapist puts the treatment tip on my skin to gently extract blackheads, dead skin and other impurities via it’s light vacuum. It felt like a slight suction on my face, no pain at all! At the same time, the tip then delivers nutrients to strengthen and hydrate my skin, making it feeling smooth and clean! Once she was done, she actually showed me all the impurities removed D: 

The XF Pulse Light was used next. She applied a cold gel all over my face and puts an eye cover to protect my eyes. She then puts a device on my skin which flashes a bright light to rid my scars and brighten up my skin. It reminds me on laser hair removal, and I think it might have removed the facial hairs I had. My face felt amazingly smooth after! My favourite part is that the treatment is gentle, yet effective in removing my blackheads and impurities without hurting my skin! I hate it when I leave a facial service with red bumps and spots all over my face from the traditional extraction. So yay to modern technology! 

This treatment lasted for 60mins and costs $480.

Next, we move on to the Oxyreplenish Therapy. This treatment aims to boost our skin’s natural production of hyaluronic acid (it basically secures moisture and fullness, what we need to maintain a youthful skin), improve our skin’s structure with better distribution of fibroblasts (cells which are responsible for generating connective tissue, allowing our skin to recover from injury), and last but not least, improve our skin regeneration and renewal with immediate hydration(keeping it supple almost 24/7). 

This treatment last for 30mins and costs S$180. 

Idebenone and Galactomyce serum is applied to my face and an oxygen ‘gun' is used to help it penetrate my skin. Look how bright and radiant my face is! It allowed my skin to regain its suppleness and smoothness. 

My therapist placed a mask on my face for radiance and brightening, along with a strange contraption that emits pure oxygen for about 10 minutes. Even though its just oxygen, it felt very cleansing for my inner body.

This treatment gave me an immediate hydrating effect on the skin, and it refills your cells with oxygen, therefore smoothing fine lines and wrinkles by plumping up your skin. Even though i am still young, it’s never too early to start caring for your skin! The whole process felt very refreshing and relaxing, giving me anti aging, sebum control benefits and not to mention smooth skin! 

Here’s the end result! I am amazed of how the treatments lightened up my scars and brightened my skin. Jet Pulse Plus and Oxyreplenish do come hand-in-hand great to leave my skin supple and glowy after the 1.5hrs treatment! There’s no downtime for these treatments at all.
